Demonstration of the dimming capabilities of some PAR30 red LED bulbs purchased off eBay (vendor iDirectMartStore), using an Insteon LampLinc. Notice the faint glow of the bulb when off – this is due to the load sensing feature of the LampLinc. You might be able to eliminate this glow by adding an additional load to the LampLinc (maybe a small AC adapter). Otherwise dimming capabilities are good – not much range on the top end, but the low end dims smoothly.
